How do I purchase land at Northside?

If you’re interested in buying land at Northside, the first step is to visit our sales office and meet with our sales manager, Rob. He will guide you through the entire process and clearly explain all the steps.

How safe will Northside be?

Working with builders and educating residents on the key principles of neighbourhood safety is our aim. During construction, additional security practices will be considered on a regular basis.

How do I get into Northside?

Northside will eventually have two entries off Thompsons Road.

What type of lots will be available and will there be town-homes?

Northside has been meticulously planned to include a variety of lot types and housing options. One of these offerings will be town homes, which located close to Northside’s central park and heritage homestead.

What will the park be like?

Northside’s central park has been designed to cater for all residents. The initial concept is planned to include:

  • Play equipment, including swings and nest swing, see-saw, carousel, whirly rope, commando walk and climbing tower
  • Fitness equipment including chest press, elliptical trainer and leg raises
  • Half-court basketball with seating
  • Shelter, seating picnic facilities with views to the play area and open recreation area.
How wide will the streets be?

Street widths have been pre-planned to have a hierarchy of roads based on traffic volumes and connectivity within the estate. All streets are in accordance with Council requirements.

Will there be NBN at Northside?

Infrastructure for the National Broadband network will be available for each block, and you must install or make an allowance for optic fibre cabling.

NBN usually reticulates fibre on a per stage basis within 17 weeks after completion of civil construction, in readiness for first residents in a stage. The timing of reticulation and availability to connect remains subject to NBN Co control.

What sustainable practices are being used?

Class A recycled water has dual water supply pipes and meters.

One meter tracks your drinking water usage, and the other purple meter will track your recycled water usage. The recycled water will be connected for outdoor uses like watering gardens and washing cars.

South East Water is the responsible authority for delivering recycled water supply throughout the Northside development.
